A community enthusiast transitioned real estate professional, Zyair prides himself on transforming obstacles into assets and providing his clients with exceptional service. Zyair genuinely believes his life’s work is to help others and assist them with major transitions in their lives. He seeks to create generational wealth for individuals and families of all backgrounds. Zyair has built his brand around devotion, excellence, empathy, and diplomacy. With an unprecedented passion for innovation and community engagement, Zyair sought experience in the non-profit sector, where he gained knowledge of facility and program operations. This expanded to his experience with public housing, through working with Section 8 tenants. He finds that hearing tenants scream with excitement upon moving into their new home as the most fulfilling part of his job.
Zyair is an avid researcher at heart. On his free time, he occupies himself on things such as self-development and cultivating his personal and professional relationships. He’s a part of the Steelers nation, and is a big fan of wrestling entertainment. He volunteers with All Star Project of New Jersey, a non-profit that aims to develop the lives of inner-city youth through the power of performance. He meditates and practices hatha yoga every day, which he says keeps him centered and focused on his life priorities. He’s a foodie and loves to travel to new and exotic places. He has a creative spirit and enjoys writing, drawing and playing guitar. As the son of a DIY interior designer, he also has keen appreciation for interior design and the ‘feng shui’ of a home. Most importantly, he loves spending quality time with his family and friends.
Born in Newark, and raised in East Orange, Zyair attended Cicely L. Tyson Performing Arts Middle/High School, where his performing art was Animation. He also participated in many extra-curricular activities, was a National Honor Society member, and was team member on East Orange’s Campus Football and Track & Field Team. He attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he pursued a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering Technology.
