Christian Maier, | Team Braconi at Christie's International Real Estate Group

Christian, a lifelong resident of New Jersey, attained his real estate license in 2007 while still an undergrad at New Jersey Institute of Technology. He went on to graduate with a BS in Biomedical Engineering and later a MS in Engineering Management. Always having a great interest in real estate development and construction Christian started an engineering position at Turner Construction in Manhattan, a premiere construction management firm, where he gained great experience not only in the management of large construction projects but also knowledge of the materials, contractor relationships and equipment used in construction. Christian recently renovated a home in Paramus, acting as his own general contractor, and gained firsthand knowledge of increasing a property's value from capital improvements, and a keen understanding of the Bergen County residential product and dealing with local municipalities . During all this time, Christian was an active Realtor in Hudson and Bergen Counties, showing hundreds of residential units and homes. In his spare time Christian enjoys cooking, fishing, visiting museums, hiking, biking and billiards.
